Our inspectors and local team in China verify your supplier, visit the factory and check the goods before shipment. We combine document checks, on-site inspections and functional testing, so you can make decisions based on real information – not only brochures, photos and promises.
From our inspection work: metal castings arranged in a Chinese factory yard for detailed quality control before shipment.
Before you send any advance payment, we check who is really behind the offer. Our team verifies registration data, licenses, export rights and bank accounts in official databases, and looks for signs that the company might be a reseller with no real factory behind it.
When needed, we visit the supplier on site – walking through the production halls, warehouses and offices, checking machines and production lines and talking directly with management. You receive a structured report with photos, key facts and our opinion about the supplier’s reliability and capacity.
This helps you avoid “too good to be true” offers and saves time on suppliers who cannot meet your technical requirements, volume or deadlines.
Depending on your project, we can organise inspections before production, during production or before shipment. For standard goods, a pre-shipment inspection is usually enough; for complex or high-risk products, earlier checks give more control.
Our inspectors follow agreed checklists: components and colours, dimensions, branding and labels, packaging, carton markings and required certificates. For machines and vehicles, we add functional tests and safety checks specific to your order.
Each inspection ends with a clear report: what has passed, what has failed, photos of defects and our recommendation whether to ship as is, ask for rework or stop the shipment until issues are fixed.
For forklifts, tractors, construction machines, ATVs and other vehicles, visual inspection is not enough. Our inspectors test key functions on site: starting, driving, lifting and steering, hydraulic systems, brakes, lighting and safety devices according to your requirements.
We verify serial numbers, nameplates, engine and chassis numbers, compare them with the proforma invoice and packing list, and check whether the delivered configuration matches what was agreed.
Tests are documented with photos and video so you can see how the machine behaves in real conditions in the factory yard – not only in a brochure or marketing video.
After each supplier check or inspection you receive a clear report in English or Serbian, with photos, measurements and a simple summary of risks. We highlight what is acceptable, what can be solved on the spot and what is a serious problem.
Based on that you can decide whether to proceed with the payment, request corrections, negotiate compensation or in extreme cases change the supplier before you lose more time and money.
Our goal is not only to “tick a box” for inspection, but to give you concrete information that protects your budget, your deadlines and your reputation with your own customers.
